The work is paid for before you see it
An order is assigned only after its escrow is funded. You are never writing on a promise.
Humanization / earning
No bidding, no application pile, no waiting to find out whether the buyer will pay. The money is in escrow before the work is assigned to you, and it stays there if someone else drops the job.

Take a rewrite that is already funded, deliver the document and your screen recording, and keep 85 percent of the listed price.
| Your share of any commission | 85% |
| One hundred words, three days or more | 65c to you |
| One hundred words, one to three days | 76c to you |
| 648 words, one to three days | $5.36 to you |
| 648 words, under one hour | $10.71 to you |
| Minimum commission | 300c |
The buyer pays the card price; you keep 85 percent of it. A tighter deadline pays you more, not the platform.
What you are actually promised
An order is assigned only after its escrow is funded. You are never writing on a promise.
No cover letter, no sample round, no competing against a hundred applicants for one seat. A named worker gets a named deadline.
The rewritten document and a continuous recording of your writing session. Both are uploaded as named parts from the worker app; nothing else is asked of you.
Ratings attach to accepted orders. Nobody can score you for a job that never paid.
How one order runs
Every step is a state in the ledger, and the escrow behind the order does not move until the delivery carries its evidence.
Money without mystery
When the buyer accepts, 85 percent of the total lands in your balance and the platform records 15 percent. Payout requests reserve your balance atomically, so a request cannot outrun what you have earned.
Escrow is funded before work starts and released only on acceptance. A dispute can refund, release, or split the exact total without creating or losing cents.
