The release arrives with the file
A UGC delivery is refused unless the evidence carries both the video and the creator release covering the usage your brief declared. You are not chasing paperwork after the fact.
UGC video / buying
A creator films against your brief and delivers the file plus a release covering the usage you declared. The card price is the whole price: there is no seat fee, no monthly minimum, and no access tier.

What you are actually promised
A UGC delivery is refused unless the evidence carries both the video and the creator release covering the usage your brief declared. You are not chasing paperwork after the fact.
Past the deadline with nothing delivered, the order reassigns to another creator against the same escrow.
Ninety percent of the negotiation in this market is about what the number is. Here it is on the card, and the deadline is the only thing that moves it.
No monthly access fee. If you commission one video a year, you pay for one video.
How one order runs
Every step is a state in the ledger, and the escrow behind the order does not move until the delivery carries its evidence.
Or run it as a campaign
The managed networks sell this behind a sales call and a monthly retainer. Here it is a command, and the budget is an envelope nothing can spend past.
| Budget you commit once | your number |
| Creators booked against it | your number |
| Base per video | $150.00 |
| Optional bonus per thousand views | your number |
| Bonus ceiling per video | required |
| Bonus released without a recorded measurement | never |
A bonus is released only against a measurement that names its source and where it can be read again. We do not invent view counts, and a campaign cannot pay past the budget you funded.
Money without mystery
Funding moves your credit into escrow. Acceptance releases 85 percent to the creator and records a 15 percent platform fee. The independent UGC platforms take 20 to 30 percent from a listed price and several also charge the brand a subscription.
Escrow is funded before work starts and released only on acceptance. A dispute can refund, release, or split the exact total without creating or losing cents.
