Prints pretty JSON {"removed": …} with the removed draft's id, kind, title, request_sha256 and source_name; the request body itself is not printed.

State and refusals
The draft row is deleted from the ledger. A draft an order was created from stays, because the order's provenance points at it. The local import workspace (handtohuman gui) offers the same operation as Remove draft no order names beside Read persisted draft, answering 404 for an unknown id and 409 for a draft an order names.
