Admit new orders inside a closed campaign again.

Output and state effect

Result

Sets the campaign's state back to open and prints it as campaign-show does; campaign-order accepts it again within its remaining budget and spots. The inverse of campaign-close.

Serialization

Prints the campaign as pretty-printed JSON.

Refusals

An unknown id refuses with campaign not found: <id>.
A campaign that is already open refuses with campaign <id> is already open.
