Resolve an open dispute by allocating the exact escrow total.

Inputs and options

<DISPUTE_ID>

Required open dispute id.

--worker-cents <CENTS>

Required non-negative gross worker share.

--buyer-cents <CENTS>

Required non-negative buyer refund.

--resolution <TEXT>

Required non-empty resolution record.

Output and state effect

Result

Releases the worker share less the 15% platform fee, refunds the buyer share, marks the dispute resolved, sets the order to refunded when the worker share is zero or accepted otherwise, and prints the order.

Serialization

Successful output is pretty-printed JSON. Commands with --output <FILE> write it there instead of stdout; marketplace leaves always print to stdout.

Refusals

  • Refuses an already-resolved dispute.
  • Refuses negative shares or shares whose sum differs from the order total, and refuses an empty resolution.
