Move customer ledger balance into escrow for one created order.

Required order id in created state.

Output and state effect

Result

Atomically debits the buyer with an escrow_fund ledger entry, creates escrow for the full total, changes the order to funded, and prints it.

Serialization

Successful output is pretty-printed JSON. Commands with --output <FILE> write it there instead of stdout; marketplace leaves always print to stdout.

Refusals

Refuses orders not in created state.
Refuses funding when the buyer’s available balance in the order currency is below the order total.
