Open a dispute for a funded, active, or delivered order.

Exact invocation

handtohuman market dispute-open <ORDER_ID> <OPENED_BY> --reason <REASON>

Inputs and options

<ORDER_ID>

Required order id.

<OPENED_BY>

Required account id of the order buyer or worker.

--reason <REASON>

Required non-empty dispute reason.

Output and state effect

Result

Creates one open dispute, changes the order to disputed, and prints the dispute JSON.

Serialization

Successful output is pretty-printed JSON. Commands with --output <FILE> write it there instead of stdout; marketplace leaves always print to stdout.

Refusals

Refuses orders outside funded, in_progress, or delivered state.
Refuses an opener who is not the buyer or worker, an empty reason, and a second dispute for the same order.
