Credit a balance because an external payment actually settled.

Required. An account whose payout destination is a connected account. Anything else is refused, naming worker-connect.

Output and state effect

Result

payouts_enabled, the transfers capability as active, pending or inactive, and the provider’s currently_due and past_due requirement lists. Read this before sending a payout: an account whose onboarding is unfinished refuses the transfer with 402 insufficient_capabilities_for_transfer.

Serialization

Prints the settled intent.

Refusals

Refuses an account with no connected account, naming the command that creates one.
Refuses without a secret key.
Passes through the provider’s refusal verbatim.
