Inputs and options

<SELLER_ID>

Required existing worker or dual-role account.

--kind <KIND>

Required execution kind.

--title <TITLE>

Required non-empty offer title.

--unit-price-cents <CENTS>

Required positive per-unit price.

--currency <CODE>

Required three-letter alphabetic code the price is in; no currency is assumed.

--units <COUNT>

Required positive available-unit count.

--metadata <FILE>

Required file containing valid JSON metadata.

Output and state effect

Result

Creates an active offer with a generated id and prints the offer JSON.

Serialization

Successful output is pretty-printed JSON. Commands with --output <FILE> write it there instead of stdout; marketplace leaves always print to stdout.

Refusals

Refuses sellers whose role is not worker or both.
Refuses non-positive price or units, an empty title, an invalid currency, and metadata that is unreadable or not valid JSON.
